BOAT DELIVERIES
One of the leading activities of D&B Services is the organization and the follow up of all sizes and types boats' deliveries for all destinations, without geographical limit, according to the regulation and the maritime legislation in force.
Our experience in this domain allowed us to win the charter professionals' trust and famous shipyards, as well as the individuals', in France and abroad.
Two formulas of convoying :
Partial undertaking. Global undertaking. Request of Estimate. PARTIAL UNDERTAKING
You choose :
- The crew. You keep your crew on board. You manage your deliveries planning.
- The salaries. You decide your crew's salary.
We manage the administrative :
- Declarations by the maritime business. We open and close the "roles" for you.
- Follow-up and ENIM regulation. We control and pay the ENIM costs, from the DTS to the enforceable title.- Establishment of salary statements and all post-enrollment document. We establish the salary statements, adjust the salaries, paid holidays, etc. and we fill out ASSEDIC forms, overall balances, certificate of work, enrollment in the BCMON.
- Management of the bodily injuries. In case of illness or accident of the crew occurred during navigation, we take care of the complete management of the file with the medical profession, of ENIM, and of the insurance companies. Indeed, in accordance with the maritime legislation in force, all bodily injuries occurred to the crew is incumbent to the ship manager during the first month. Consequently, number of owners and renters already endured very serious financial penalties. We take this risk under our responsibility.
Request of Estimate GLOBAL UNDERTAKING
We search for the most competent crew for the given mission and enroll them with your agreement. - Crew transportation. We search for the cheapest transportation tickets (plane, train...) and most suitable to your planning.
- Declarations by the Maritime Business. We open and close the "role" in your place.
- Follow-up and ENIM regulation. We control and pay for ENIM costs, from the DTS to the enforceable title.
