Our crew agency and our ship manager's quality allow us to place at the disposal of your ship professional crews and to manage the placement, from the recruitment to the establishment of the salary statements.

Two formulas :

	Crew placement
	Crew declaration to the maritime business district.		Request of crew Form.

 

CREW PLACEMENT

Whatever the flag, the type and the size of your ship, we will answer to your request by providing you with a choice of candidates of all nationalities, everywhere in the world. Every candidate will be reviewed carefully: checking of diplomas and checking of references.

Our role also consists in being a mediator in case of conflict with the crew regarding quality of work or conditions of execution. This formula doesn't include the management of the salaries.

CREW DECLARATION
TO THE MARITIME BUSINESS DISTRICT

Our strength: a perfect mastery and a scrupulous application of the maritime legislation concerning yachting.

whatever the flag, type and size of your ship, choose to sail in the biggest serenity and respect of law while recording your professional crew, and assure yourselves so of its fidelity and its constancy in the mission that is confided to him. Contrary to the generally accepted ideas, it is perfectly illegal according to the French maritime legislation, to use to the service of a ship flying French flag, a professional crew and to declare this crew's salaries to the general system of URSSAF.

Concerning the French flag on the other hand, and contrary to the received ideas, it is imperative to use for a ship's service, a French professional crew and to declare the salaries to ENIM, sailor's profession not being recognized by the general system of the URSSAF. (to Declare this crew to URSSAF is equivalent then to a non authorized situation). This is our mission as ship manager, where ever you sail in the world.

Give us the declaration of your crew's salaries and make sure you sail in all legality, in maximal safety conditions.

We take care of :

- The fill out of work maritime agreements.

- The fill out of salaries statements and movement declaration to the maritime authorities.

- Payment of salaries costs to the various organizations (ENIM, ASSEDIC, CNAF, USM...).

- Administrative paper works related to a work agreement (certificate of work, overall balance, BCMOM enrollment).

- Subscription to the insurance.
